Holy Yoga Fall session is now available at PCOM!
What is Holy Yoga? Holy Yoga is the intentional practice of uniting mind, body and spirit with God. Holy Yoga combines restorative yoga, music and God’s word. This practice deepens our connection to God and we get the side benefit of doing something really healthy for our bodies too!
Fall series “Psalms, Seeds and Soul Food,” nourishment for mind body and spirit, will be offered two times per week.
Tuesday mornings 9-10am starting September 24th-December 3rd (no class October 15th)
Wednesday evenings 6:15-7:15pm starting September 25th-December 4th (no class November 6th or 27th)
$5 suggested donation
Wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat and water bottle, blocks, blankets or anything else that makes you more comfortable during your practice.

Children 13 and up are welcome to participate with accompanying parent only. Younger children may NOT stay in the room while parents practice yoga.
