Holy Yoga is back at PCOM for 2020!
What is Holy Yoga? Holy Yoga is the intentional practice of uniting mind, body and spirit with God. Holy Yoga combines restorative yoga, music and God’s word. This practice deepens our connection to God and we get the side benefit of doing something really healthy for our bodies too!
This session is called “Words”. The session will be 8 weeks and each week we will explore a new word (Joy, Abundance, Humility, Holy, Grace, Love, Repent, Righteous). Drop in or attend all 8 classes. Offered both morning and evening.
Tuesday mornings 9-10am starting January 14th-March 3rd in the Commons.
Wednesday evenings 6:15-7:15pm starting January 15th-March 4th in the Commons.
Each class is offered for a $5 suggested donation.>
